These terms apply when you use AIPose. By using the site you agree to them.

What the service is

AIPose generates pose reference images from your prompts and photos. Images are for your personal or commercial creative work, such as photoshoot planning, drawing and character design.

Your content

Only upload photos you own or have permission to use. Do not create sexual content, content involving minors, harassment, or images meant to impersonate or deceive about a real person. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Credits and payments

Generations cost credits bought in packs or by subscription. Credits have no cash value. Refunds follow our refund policy at /refunds.

No warranty

AI output is provided as-is and may be inaccurate. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
