This page explains refunds for credits and subscriptions on AIPose.

Failed generations

If a generation fails or is canceled, its credits return to your account automatically.

Unused credits

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any credits from that purchase. Partly used purchases may be refunded for the unused portion at our discretion. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals.

How to ask

Email us from your account address with the order date and reason. We reply within 3 business days.
