Sending a notice

Email us with your contact details, the copyrighted work, the URL of the content, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or authorized to act. We act on valid notices within 5 business days.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed by mistake, email a counter-notice with your contact details, the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed in error.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that receive repeated valid notices are terminated.
